I would like to compliment your staff on an excellent job with my Clio making sure it was safe to pass the MOT, but also correcting some serious problems that they found along the way. I know that paid for the work but they kept me informed all along the way, making sure I understood what was being done in the repairs and to cap it all they dropped it to my home. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with wheelbase recently and been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and friendly service of the whole outfit there. I actually thought that I would be sending my vehicle to the van graveyard after several things went wrong, but Wheelbase put together a revival package that would give me some breathing space to consider my options. It was back in again last week for an MOT after a few repairs it went through with the minimum of cost. I really appreciate their honesty when diagnosing the problems and how they were sensitive to the dilemma of just how un-economic a full overhaul would be versus the value of the van as it stands today. Some years ago, we approached Wheelbase because it was that time of year our Lock Assist company vans needed servicing and Wheelbase were recommended to us by a business colleague. Wheelbase help us as a company, by not only giving a great, value-for-money service but also offering a loan vehicle while each van is in their workshop. The result is we are still able to offer OUR customers a quick a reliable locksmith service as our engineers are still mobile and not ‘off the road’ as they have no vehicle. So them looking after us allows us to look after our customers! One of the things we like is their helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff where nothing is too much trouble. We find the experience stress less and are happy knowing that only work that needs to be done is done and if anything unexpected rears its ugly head, we are updated.
